He has worked with children, adolescents and young adults for more than 20 years in a variety of roles and is a cofounder of QRKON, a a unique gaming and media convention for the neurodiverse community. Ben founded Aspiring Youth, which serves children, teens and young adults with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities and similar traits, in 2005, followed by the Delphi Young Adults Program in 2013.
